Terms of Service

Option Builder provides software tools for options strategy construction, scenario analysis, cloud strategy storage, account workspace features, and related subscription and administrative workflows.

The service is provided for informational, analytical, and operational purposes only. It does not constitute brokerage, custody, execution services, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any fiduciary relationship.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you use with the service and for maintaining control over your sign-in credentials. You are also responsible for activity occurring through your account and connected third-party services.

We may suspend or restrict access if necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, payment enforcement, or service integrity.

Certain features may require an active subscription, trial eligibility, or successful payment. Pricing, access levels, and plan entitlements may change over time. Subscription use is subject to payment confirmation, billing controls, and feature gating implemented in the service.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing the plan and checkout details presented at the time of purchase. For billing or payment support, contact malsasgabriel@gmail.com.

If you connect external services such as Google or trading-related APIs, you authorize Option Builder to interact with those services only as required to provide the requested functionality. You remain responsible for the permissions, risks, and agreements associated with those third-party services.

We are not responsible for outages, API changes, account restrictions, pricing discrepancies, execution results, or other failures caused by third-party providers.

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, abuse infrastructure, bypass payment or access controls, reverse engineer restricted systems, interfere with platform operations, or attempt unauthorized access to data, accounts, or administrative functions.

We reserve the right to investigate misuse and take appropriate action, including suspension, termination, or legal escalation where appropriate.

Option Builder is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of imported or calculated data, future compatibility with external providers, profitability of strategies, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Market data, scenario outputs, Greeks, and portfolio views may contain delays, assumptions, estimation error, or third-party inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Option Builder and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, trading losses, lost opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
