Privacy Policy

We may collect account data such as your Google profile identifiers, email address, display name, and avatar when you sign in. We may also store user-created content and account state such as strategies, alerts, positions imported into the workspace, subscription status, payment records, and administrative account flags.

If you connect third-party trading credentials, Option Builder may store encrypted API credentials and integration metadata required to support account-scoped features. We may also collect technical information such as device, browser, session, IP-derived logs, security events, and service diagnostics needed to operate and protect the platform.

We use information to authenticate users, operate the application, provide cloud persistence, process subscriptions and payments, maintain account settings, support imported portfolio workflows, and keep the service secure and reliable.

We may also use information for abuse prevention, troubleshooting, monitoring, internal analytics, support requests, legal compliance, and enforcing platform rules and subscription access controls.

Option Builder relies on third-party services such as Google Sign-In for authentication, payment providers for subscription checkout, hosting and infrastructure providers for application delivery, and optional trading integrations that you explicitly configure. Those third parties may process data according to their own policies and agreements.

When you use third-party features, you are responsible for understanding the terms and privacy practices of those providers in addition to this Privacy Policy.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data, including access controls, session security, encrypted secret handling for supported credentials, and operational monitoring. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account, any connected third-party accounts, and the devices you use to access the service.

We retain account and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain backups, enforce agreements, and preserve security or financial records where appropriate.

Operational backups and logs may persist for a limited period even after data is changed or removed from the active product environment.

You may choose whether to sign in, whether to connect third-party integrations, and whether to keep subscription or strategy data in the service. If you no longer wish to use the product, you may stop using the service and request account-related assistance through malsasgabriel@gmail.com.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have legal rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal data, subject to applicable exceptions and compliance obligations.
